WARRANTY POLICY

ONE (1) week guarantee no question asked for gel and dip.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

Appointments do NOT guarantee immediate service. An appointment must be made at least 3 hours in advance. A deposit will be REQUIRED after TWO (2) incidents of no call/ no show appointments. We reserve the right to service the next customer if you arrive 10 minutes late for your appointment or you may wait for the next available technician.

SALON POLICY

NO refund once service is rendered. We do not accept checks. For your safety, please inform our staff of any special needs, medical problems or allergies that may affect your service. All prices are subject to change.
